Pebble Shrimp Recipe

INGREDIENTS

 

1 LB. COOKED SHRIMP

2 3 OZ. PKGS. CREAM CHEESE, ROOM TEMPERATURE

1 TBL. LEMON JUICE

2 TSPS. HORSERADISH

¼ TSP. TABASCO

1 CUP FINELY CHOPPED FRESH PARSLEY

FINELY CHOP SHRIMP. CREAM THE CREAM CHEESE, ADD LEMON JUICE, HORSERADISH, TABASCO AND SHRIMP. MIX THOROUGHLY AND TASTE FOR SEASONING. 

SHAPE INTO SMALL BALLS. ROLL IN CHOPPED PARSLEY. 

MAKES ABOUT 40-45 APPETIZERS.
