Corn and Tamale Casserole Recipe

INGREDIENTS

 

10 Tamales, husks removed and cut into 1″ pieces

1 can whole kernel corn, drained

1 can creamed corn

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Ground Comino to taste

Salt to taste

DIRECTIONS

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Put tamales in a single layer in a baking dish

In a large bowl, combine both cans of corn, 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, salt and ground comino to taste.

Pour this mixture over the tamales and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly.
